Technological Recruitment Consultant

Seeking a consultant to help to drive our technological recruiting initiative by providing significant assistance to managers and Human Resources in the process of locating, interviewing, and hiring expert computer programmers.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
  • Knowledge of premier talent pools for expert programmers in industry, universities, and high level trade shows
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements, experience, and job descriptions to provide significant input in the hiring process
  • Ability to coordinate concurrent projects and searches in a time sensitive environment
  • Experience (5-10 years) in the field of technological recruiting or as a programmer or programming manager with a proven capacity to identify and hire top level talent
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • A Bachelor’s or higher degree
  • Expertise in MS Office
