Client Service Associate
Duties and Responsibilities:
Write and edit responses to client requests for information and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), interfacing with internal groups to obtain the requisite information
Maintain databases on a monthly and quarterly basis
Create client presentations and performance reports as needed
Answer ad hoc requests and assist with investor subscription and redemption processing
Edit and update marketing materials and company website text
Manage workflow of data requests and projects
Stay informed of the latest developments in the industry
Work with colleagues to craft disclosures on products offered
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
2 or more years of client service or investor relations experience writing responses to client requests for information and DDQs at an asset management firm
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work
Excellent oral and written communication and computational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Adobe InDesign or similar software
FINRA Series 7 license (currently or within 6 months after hire)
BA or BS degree
