Client Service Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Write and edit responses to client requests for information and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), interfacing with internal groups to obtain the requisite information
  • Maintain databases on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Create client presentations and performance reports as needed
  • Answer ad hoc requests and assist with investor subscription and redemption processing
  • Edit and update marketing materials and company website text
  • Manage workflow of data requests and projects
  • Stay informed of the latest developments in the industry
  • Work with colleagues to craft disclosures on products offered

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
  • 2 or more years of client service or investor relations experience writing responses to client requests for information and DDQs at an asset management firm
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work
  • Excellent oral and written communication and computational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Adobe InDesign or similar software
  • FINRA Series 7 license (currently or within 6 months after hire)
  • BA or BS degree
